“We had never been to this area and knew nothing about this property, but decided to take a chance and boy were we impressed! From the clean room, to the friendly and helpful staff, as well as the mouth watering freshly baked muffins every morning, Plum Point Lodge delivers! Nestled on the western shore of Seneca Lake, this lodge is a bit older but very well maintained. You will not be disappointed!”

“Amazing B and B!!! Rebecca and Charles are the ultimate hosts. We had a wonderful stay in the cabin Casa Azul. Perfect one bedroom with a small porch. We enjoyed morning coffee on our porch every day over looking the fields. The breakfasts we had every day were absolutely fantastic. Home cooked meals with a variety of homemade jams. The fresh squeezed grape juice made with a variety of grapes was amazing as was the homemade apple cinnamon syrup for the French toast bake. Can’t say enough about……

“The photos online are not representative of present condition of the property. Tub backed up terribly. Carpet and seating area had major stains. Bedding looked like it might not have been changed, after last room rental. There were several hairs in the bedding when pulling back sheets. Luckily, there was a second bed that seemed better. Add to that, the towels were clearly years old. One had a hole and loose threads hanging off of it. Overall, even for a budget motel, very underwhelming.……

“The room I booked is a lake view room. The view of the room is very good and the room is big enough, BUT,,,,, The blanket on the bed may NOT have been changed for a long time. The very bad smell made me unable to sleep all night. I strongly suggest that the management can quickly check every room, don't let this problem affect the reputation of the Hamptom Inn.”
